Delivery times and postage depend on the products you choose, the fulfilment source and your delivery address.
Delivery charges and multi-item orders
Unless a product states that shipping is included, delivery is calculated at checkout. Items from different suppliers or shipping groups can attract separate delivery charges, which are combined in your checkout delivery total. Multiple parcels do not always mean multiple charges, and buying from one supplier does not always guarantee one charge.
Check the full delivery total at checkout before payment. Adding items can also change the postage when a parcel moves into a higher weight band.
Shopping together to share postage
Look for our shared-delivery recommendations on eligible product pages. These link products in the same verified delivery group. Other products in the order may still add separate charges.
For example, the Olive Cotton Crossbody Travel Bag and Turmeric Cotton Crossbody Travel Bag use the same UK delivery group. That group currently charges £4.99 up to 2 kg inclusive, or £17.99 for heavier parcels. Confirm the final total at checkout.
UK Dispatch
Our UK Dispatch collection is a starting point for UK shopping. Dispatch origin and delivery options can vary by supplier; check the delivery details on each product. This label does not mean every product shares a parcel or postage charge.
US Dispatch and mixed baskets
Our US Dispatch range has product-specific delivery options. A US Dispatch label does not promise delivery to the UK. Check the dispatch origin and supported destination on each product.
Every item in a basket needs an available delivery option for the same address. Some items support only UK delivery or only US delivery. Combining these may leave no shipping option at checkout; please contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
Supplier-fulfilled items
Products can come from different fulfilment sources, so an order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.
Regional and special delivery addresses
Supplier and courier restrictions can vary for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Channel Islands, BFPO and PO Box addresses. Large or bulky items may also need special delivery arrangements. Please contact us before ordering if you need us to confirm delivery for one of these addresses or items.
Seasonal dispatch times
For items fulfilled by Ancient Wisdom (AW Dropship), the supplier advises that dispatch can take 3–4 working days during busy periods from October to December. Carrier delivery time is additional. Please check the product and checkout delivery estimate, and contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Check the product page and checkout for the available delivery estimate. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Where an item has no confirmed estimate, please contact us before ordering if you need it by a particular date.
