We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay, we'll contact you.

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

We take great care when packaging collectibles, trading cards, plush toys and fragile items to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the items purchased and the delivery destination.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with you and the delivery company to resolve the issue.

International shipping may be available on selected products.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
