Products are fulfilled and packaged by their suppliers. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.

Processing Times

Dispatch times vary by product and supplier. Please check the product listing and checkout for the available delivery estimate. For Ancient Wisdom (AW Dropship) items, dispatch can take 3–4 working days during busy October–December periods; carrier delivery time is additional.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay, we'll contact you.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Packaging

Packaging varies by product and supplier. If an item arrives damaged, please contact AvidTester so we can help resolve it.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the items purchased and the delivery destination.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with you and the delivery company to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected products.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
