Refund policy

At AvidTester we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to put things right.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items should be:

  • In the same condition they were received.
  • Complete with any original packaging where applicable.
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Where appropriate we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair (where applicable)
  • A full refund

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Preloved Items

Many of our products are preloved.

Any signs of wear or imperfections will be clearly described and shown in the product photographs before purchase.

Graded Trading Cards

Graded cards are sold according to the grading company's assigned grade.

Please review all photographs carefully before purchasing.

Returns will not normally be accepted simply because you disagree with a professional grading opinion.

Mystery Products

Mystery products, blind bags and similar sealed products can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged.

Opened mystery products cannot be returned because the contents have been revealed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
